hey guys...i was just wondering why is it that when i send some old ringtones from my nokia 3200..my SE K700i just puts them in the other folder?..is there away of puting them in the sound folder or is there something wrong with my fone?

What file type are the ringtones ?
If they arent midi, mp3, wav, amr or aac the K700i wont be able to identify them, as just stick them in the Others folder.

Unless they are only meant for Nokia phones, the K700i should play the midi file.
Try sending the tone to your pc and see if it can play them.

hmm...yeah i think thats it. i sent 1 or 2 ringtones successfully to my k700i. your probably right about the ringtones just being for nokia fones... thanx dude =)
