I have to say the Z800 has to be one of the most beautiful phones i ever saw. IMO its better looking than the Motorola V3 Razr, and the external screen is very cute.
The only thing that i didnt like about the Z800 is the camera, noticably poorer than the S700i.
Camera quality factors high to me when considering buying a new phone. The V800 disappointed me late last year with its camera.
