I bought 10 log accounts from www.davinciteam.com (paypal) on 19. march to unlock and debrand my K500i. But my problem is that when I enter the username and pasword that I got on mail from davinciteam, the program says "invalid username". Now I have sent mail to info@davinciteam.com at least 10 times since 19. march without getting any reply. It is very irritating when I have payed 75 euros for those log accounts, which I can't use.

10 days have passed and still no answer from davinciteam.

Aren't davinciteam a serious company? And if they are serious, why haven't they replyed me yet?

Can anybody tell me how to reach the right person to solve my problem? PLEASE...

Hello,

Well davinci have pretty shocking support - if you need logs quickly i would get the 5 free from www.cellular-support.com (register then look at sticky thread in SE forum section) maybe this will help you.............

But I still want to know if davinciteam are serious people or not... Because if they're not I would contact paypal and maybe refound my money.... hope so

i filed a complaint with paypal and got a refund

do the same and you should get your money back
