> T68i Problem - i'm thick!

Hi, can anyone please help me, i try to download a picture from wap and i see the picture then download it and my phone says 'Saved in My Pictures' then I go to it and the picture is small, I cant seem to get a preview or large image on my phone, just a tiny picture.
Can anyone please guide me through (step by step if you dont mind as I am stressing out - had my phone 2 days but the instructions from Orange are poor)

When you go into "My Pictures" you get a thumbnail view of all your pictures, try pressing "Yes" or down on your joystick when you have one of these thumbnails highlighted.
If you then see a single small picture of the picture you have just highlighted from the thumbnails page, then it is possible you have an older version of software on your T68i (you will probably see a grey boarder around your picture). This may happen if the picture you are viewing is less than 101x80 pixels in size. I see a grey boarder on my 80x60 MMS sized pictures whereas other T68i phones with newer software have the same picture stretched to fit the whole screen. You can see the size and details of the picture by selecting "Picture info" after pressing the "Option" button (below the "Yes" key).

So it may be an older version of software then? I can only see small picture with white border, how do I get it upgraded? I only got phone the other day

when downloading pics via WAP make sure it's full size on your screen before saving otherwise your not saving the full size picture but the smaller preview.

I have the same problem, thing is, this is a new t68i, my old one fitted every pic to full screen. I had it swapped due to recption probs, and i am using exactly the same pics, ive called sony and they dont know and a friend i used to work with had the same problem only his was a yr old, is there a firmware update i can get? can i do it via bluetooth? thanks 4 n e help
