> Cannot download .3gp to PC w/ DCU-11 & FMA 2

Hey
I have a K500c, plugged in thru a DCU-11 and i'm using FMA 2
I can download camera stills, (not directly, but thru the refresh preview option) and upload themes, sounds, apps etc, as well as downloading lectures i've recorded with sound recorder to my pc, but i cannot download the .3gp videos i've taken to my pc
When i right click on the file and goto -> Send and Receive, the only option available is upload!!
Any help is much appreciated,

i had this problem too, i realized that for downloading the files, you had to select them in the right pane itself. expand the 'video' folder in the right pane until u see the file u want to download to the PC, then select the file in the right pane itself and select download
as an alternative i would suggest you to use k700DateiManager -
http://k700.hitziger.net
This allows you to select multiple files to download to PC and is more easier to use

thanks heaps that k700 DateiManager worked a charm, just a note tho i was selecting from the right hand pane and i gave it another try just to make sure
