Anyone know how to make a GIF, with rotating pictures?

Eg. samsung has software where you can choose 4 images and loop them, like a screensaver. You can choose how many seconds gap you want between one pic and the next.

How do I do this? Samsung ones are in an .abm file which I dont think T610 supports.

Looks like you know nothing about GIF, that image format support "animation" or "minimovies". You can use lots of PC apps for creating and editing GIFs. One good is Gif movie gear . Another good is Xara for easy 3D animation.
Read more if you are interested in image formats

The only bad side of this is that SE decompresses images, and gifs occupie a lot of memory.

Ok. Is there any format which T610 supports, where I can make a series of around 4 pictures comntinue one after another, not a GIF as those take up A LOT of space.

Well, imposible. The thing is, that the gif is made of pics, usually 4 or 7, well it varies. And phones extract every pic and displays it. So...you did nothing.

the simplest program i've seen is "Microsoft Gif Animator". it's a standalone .exe file (no installer necessary) and it's completely free. just google "Microsoft Gif Animator".

you can set the images to loop once or however many times and how long to show each frame, etc.

be warned that GIF animations are larger on your phone than on the computer. for example i made one that's 11KB on the computer and it's 25KB on my T630!

I hade an image, that took 40kb on pc, and one phone 360kb. Riddiculous, huh?
This Microsoft Gif Animator, can it resize gifs? For example, I have an image 300x400, can it resize it to 30x40?

@N-er-G
MS Gif Animator sucks for anything beyond frame by frame animations. you'll need an image editor to resize the pics or a better animation program.

there are programs like Macromedia Fireworks and Adobe Imageready that can "optimize" gif animations by limiting the color palette and only change parts of the image that move etc. [examples of optimized animated gifs].

i don't even bother trying to do animated gifs on my T630 - but it will work on SE's newer phones (like the K750 in my future). and the newest phones also play .swf (flash) animations i've heard.
