> Help unbranding a T630

I have a problem debranding a T-Mobile T630. I have done this already for my own T-Mobile T630 without any problems a couple of months ago. Now I want to do the same with my girlfriends phone. I have used the exact same firmware files (R6D) and the default GDFS however no matter how many times I have tried this, it goes to success but all the T-Mobile branding remains including the T-Zone instead of the more button. I have checked the firmware on the phone and it has been updated and I have even tried R4C which updates fine but the phone remains branded. All I have effectively managed to do so far is unlock the phone so I can use a different SIM card.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong??
