It would appear that
Setool has released a new firmware for the K700i, available to standalone versions of Setool only ($199).

R2AL is the latest official firmware. I am not sure of the changes yet.
By the Way, If i could make one important point.
No one rerleases firmware apart from SEMC themselves on their Server - Different teams just take them and stick them on their own ftp. So a good way to judge a service is in the speed that SEMC flashes appear on their ftp
