How easy is it to change the firmware in a P900 to a P910. what do i need. all i want is the functionality of a larger memory stick for mp3s.

Ok it's easy as oking your eye with sooty's magic wand.
I think you need a terminator dongle to flash the handset search Ebay most sellers sell with disk with firmware's on it. some people here offer the service at a cost.
I can do it and will do it for the fee of £3,000 non neogtible.
