He wants an export deal. I get about 10 emails like that everyday to my Carphone email address from fraudsters who want to "buy lot phones for export" - generally don't have a company and want to pay with their personal credit card!
Of course, we shouldn't jump to conclusions, since this lad has a reputable posting history on Esato!
