I managed to find a copy of Version 2.2.0.sis blackberry connect and a copy of bb desktop.
PM me and I'll tell you the magic google string if ya want it
Not that the SW will work, as BB wont connect into your networks yet.

agree with you 100% on the disappointment.
But may not be the telco's fault. IMO, more likely to be between Sony Ericsson and RIM.
