Has anyone managed to update their firmware using the SEUS online with a SE Z1010 on Orange UK?
I'm having problems with my Z1010 and am hoping to update the firmware.

If you have Orange Care or if your phone is new, the best thing to do is get the phone replaced. Use the Orange Sync function on the handset to store your contacts online with Orange and then just Sync them back to the new one. I've had a few Z1010's, and finally with the R1k010 software it seems pretty stable(ish)
