i cant find where that irritating exploding/ rebuilding annimated cube thing which appears before the phone auto locks is. i want to get rid of it, any ideas? i have a jpg wallpaper set, but it still plays that annimation after about ten seconds until the phone locks.

That's called a screensaver. You'll find the option to turn it off in the display section of the control panel

It's in the firmware on the ROM so you can't delete it but that also means it isn't taking up any of the user memory either so no need to worry

the problem with that annoying little animation, is that everytime you switch themes it turns itself back on. So you need to remember to disable it everytime you switch themes.

interesting. Every theme i have used resets my ringtones and the screensaver to the default settings for some reason. I have gotten used to it and just leave the default rings, but turn off the screensaver.
