> Problems with sound in P910i

I have a problem with my new P910i. The loudspeaker isn't working correctly. I mean the speaker which is used for playing mp3 & video files, ringtones, etc. When I connect the HandsFree Kit then it's OK, but without it phone is silent. The seller said it might be bacause of the software bug.
That speaker has worked before, so I'd like to know if it that may be software error or rather physical error.
What should I do - give it to a service or..?
PS: Phone is new and it hasn't any fall or something like that.

The wise choice is to take it to the service centre itself. Looks like some kinda loose contact.
