Hi

Can anyone beat this?

I think that the Chess game that comes with my P910i is great fun and also incredibly good. (And it keeps beating me hollow!)

Call me modest, and I wouldnt call myself much good at Chess...

Nonetheless after a series of *Titanic* battles with my P910i, I have now managed to pin it down to check-mate in just 6 moves!

Can anyone beat that?!

Without even trying, I assure you I cannot!
Chess has never been my game.
So does doing the same six moves each time give the same result?

Interestingly the P910i doesnt ALWAYS do the same thing under the same situation... let me try again.

Oh my gawd! I think I've been doing battle with the "Selma" of "Beginner level"

Let me get back to you on this!
It seems you can set how much thinking time you wanna give the P910i before it makes its move!

It suddenly slows down its response time *hugely*
instead of being rather humiliatingly instant, like it is at the Beginner Level...!

I would say that the game in P910 is very weak but of course depends on how strong/week the player is. Itīs good for less experience people but if you want a very good one I recommend this: http://my-symbian.com/uiq/app[....]ications.php?fldAuto=968&faq=3
It is nearly impossible to beat if you put it on the hardest but you can in settings choose different of handicap to play against. Also you can watch how many moves it is thinking ahead and how ChessGenius value the recent position in points. Can as well download pgn games to play through. Easy to find on internet and you can have plenty much Championships games there! If you or anybody else wanna play against me or others then download and try MultiChess out: http://forum.pockettorch.ru/index.php?topic=147.0 Welcome:-) Itīs at moment in beta testing and sometimes the server is down but guess it soon gonna be okay again. Very fun to play with MultiChess and challenge other players, you can also play in FC mode.

Btw donīt expect a computer to do always same moves in same situation. It can in random choose the second or maybe the third best moves sometimes.

I haven't beated any of the players in the chess Maby because I play this game allmost never. But it's pretty nice when I am at school and play against my friends. Then I have a chance to win
