i'd go for i-mate jam because of its OS. unless of course symbian is better for you.

it really depends on what you want to mainly use your phone for.but if its multimedia entertainment youre better off on windows os there is almost an unlimited supply of free excellent software+the 1,3 megapixel camera is a sweetener

This question is almost not worth answering... Of course you should get the i-mate Jam, it wins hands-down! 1.3MP camera, 64MB built-in memory (with support for memory cards up to 1GB), Windows Media Player (watch feature-length movies and listen to hundreds of MP3s), Pocket Office (Pocket Word, Pocket Excel and Pocket Outlook), Pocket Internet Explorer, the msn Messenger Service, HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of third-party programs available, 420MHz CPU, native support for portrait and landscape display modes...

one bad thing you should consider if you are buying an imate is it's volatile memory. I read somewhere that if you leave your battery to empty completely you lose everything on the internal memory. Imagine if you forget your phone and let the battery discharge completely ! you'll lose some important things.
