i've downloaded total multi sever and there's an option to debrand the v800 to z800

i just have a few questions.

1. it has spaces for username and password, where do i get these from?

2. where do i get credits?

3. i have the cable that comes with the v800 and the usb flash drivers
which i used to update the firmware on the SE site. will this cable work? if not where can i get the proper cable??

I would go for the Interseptor cable, easy to use and faster than the T28 cable when it comes to flashing
