help some pop mails on my p900 do not open and msg prog crashes stating kurn exec reason no.3
yes, 1) other prog are closed by Sman, ram is free & even c: drive is abt 7mb free
2) some mails do open
3) mails are not large abt 10kb only that too from yahoo password verification

This is due to emails having a combination of html and plain text (that came from the SE knowledge base). It happened to me, I formatted my phone (P800) but it eventually came back.

You may have success deleting everything in the C:\system\mail directory (this deletes all SMS, emails etc), but one file remains in use, called index.dat

In the past I overwrote this file with a clean version that I created with my GPRS settings just after a format, but as I said, once it gets corrupted, you've got the problem again.

I got round it by subscribing to OneMail.ToGo, which is an email proxy service that amongst other things strips out the html from the message ($50per year...).

Alternatively try profimail, which does not use the native messaging app.
