small hint choose a number as you would and take note of the symbol once its read your mind, then click try again look at the symbol next to the number u previously choose, its differant u will notice but that symbol will be the symbol u which will show up in the ball when u click it

It can only be certain numbers, and each time the symbols change, but those numbers will always have the same symbols as each other.
