The battery of my P900 is getting crazy!

It says 'battery low' when having around 22 % battery charge!, besides, it doesnt finish quickly despite saying that the battery is actually low!
I believe that the battery low warning appears when there is only 4% battery charge! If I am right that is...

Whats going in? Is it due to the weather or something?

Dont tell me to replace the battery, coz nothing happened like this before, and besides, its been hardly one year since I got my P900, so I dont think the battery is worn out, especially that I am an average user, not a heavy user!

Any recommendations?

Try updating the firmware using online update service. Having the latest firmware is never a bad thing and it might fix your problem.

U both have a worn-out battery. One year is the average life span, nobody says it has to be 10 months or 14.Just get a new one. This message was posted from a WAP device

@ 701

I dont think so its worn out, it says in another thread that a Li-Poly lifespan is about 500-1000 charges, notice that it is indicated in CHARGES not in 1 year life span!

Besides, I dont think I got near those limits either!

An important question, must we decharge full battery(Li-Poly) before charging it ???

Apparently lithium cells don't have a 'memory effect',only nickel cells suffer.sounds like a problem with the phone, and not the battery to me. This message was posted from a P910

Switch your phone off, take the battery out and leave it out for 5min, then reinsert it.
