I have an nonlocked and unbranded sony s700i and i have for the past month tried to get an update from great sony
So my question is ? Have it worked at all (Se update)
Its says to me all the time, "no service for your provider "
Who is my provider ?

If you mean that your phone was formerly branded and now is unbranded, then the default CDA you got when unbranding is not accepted by SEUS. You need to write a new CDA to the phone in order for SEUS to accept your phone for updates. This can be done using SE Tool at
http://www.setool.net using the same cable as you used when unbranding the phone.
You will need a credit for SE Tool though (hard to get these days).
You need to write a script to make it work. You also need a working CDA number. Info on this can be found at the SE Tool home site.
There is an application available for SE Tool that generates a script with a working CDA here:
