Yesterday I loaded my entire schedule from my university into outlook and then synched it with my phone.
Everything worked fine, so now I have both my schedule and other types of appointments and reminders on my P910. There is only one BIG problem:
I had forgotten to change the clock on my P910 to summertime so somehow the schedule dislocated all the lectures one hour. Now when I've changed the clock in my P910, the schedule is all wrong.
Any good ideas? If I dind't have anything else in the agenda but the schedule, I could erase the agenda in my P910 and then synch it again. But now when I ALSO have other meetings and appointments, I don't want to do that...
And for you guys who wonder if I don't have a backup, I can tell you that I of course managed to DELETE IT (when I reformated the computer yesterday), since everything seemed to have worked fine when I had a quick look at the P910.
So (for you who managed to read all the way down to here), do you have any good ideas? The best thing might be if I could do some search and replace function in outlook...

I actually happen to have the same problem. But it appeared differently. I had wrong settings on the laptop and on the phone. Once I fixed the laptop clock daylight setting, I managed to sync everything without checking the phone. After changing the setting on the phone ALL appointments are one hour behind (8AM on the laptop shows as 7AM on the cell).
I'm thinking of resetting the phone completely to reimport the calendar appointments. Do you think it could solve the problem? I don't think the backup would be a good alternative for me.
On another topic. Where do I choose the mapping options for the contact (with outlook).
Thank you!

I finally found a solution in this thread:

I simply deleted the calendar in my P910 and re-synched (since the calendar in Outlook still was ok). After three hours of testing different settings...argh!
