I wanted to upgrade my firmware on the z600 but there are no files on TMS and Davinci. As the s/w is similar can I flash the phone with the latest T610 firmware? This might help me work with Orange World which doesn't work properly with the z600.

Firmware for t610 is not compatible to your phone because of different screen and hardware. I recomend you to take your phone to a SE servicecenter for upgrade. Otherwise you'll void your warranty by doing it yourself.
