You cant send direct to the memory stick unfortunately. I wish you could as it would be useful.

I've come across an app which does something similar to this. But it was for series 60 phones. Can this be sorted out by an app? This message was posted from a T230

Yeah, you can't bluetooth directly to the memorystick. As a matter of fact, can you send files to external memory on a PC? I don't think so

man there should have been an option that lets you choose where you want to save the file. i havent come across any apps that let you do this on p-series. I suppose a card reader is the best option for now.

Why dont you try this. connect your PC to your phone via bluetooth and then browse the phone using the Sony Ericsson software (provided on the cd) or using epocware Filemanager and then you can copy and paste to the memorystick, which is the same as beaming to the memorystick. but i totally feel you guys, it cant be THAT hard just to put an option on the phone so that you can bluetooth straight to the memorystick. oh well. hope this helps a few people

I use linux.

I regularly send a message to the phone, which then gives me the option to save to the Duo memory stick. Problem is, the file has to be as small as the free memory on the phone.

I can use `p3nfsd` but I find it's unreliable, hopefully that will improve one day....
