I'm very satisfied about this headset (and mobile too...) but I'm experiencing an annoying problem with vocal command (answer).
I've recorded vocal commands on phone, when I receive a call and I answer it by vocal command, phone answer the call but my headset keeps ringing even if I can listen and speak trough it.
Any other features works fine.
Any suggestion, idea, solution ???
Phone FW is R4A10, I don't know headset' one.

well, I have the same combination, and from time to time bt connection is not stable. very nice, especially when driving......ehhhh
i do like sound quality and battery life of hbh 300 though.

I have the same combo as well and I have never experienced anything like what you are describing. I don't use voice commands to answer though, only voice dial. Other than your little issue I haven't heard much complaint about this combination. For sure worth a call to

Why dont you try re-pairing the headset , or even better . . . why dont you reset your headset and pair it again , i use the exact same combination and i also use it with my s700i , and v3 and it does work great . . . i hope
does fix your headset because this is the best headset i have ever ever owned . . . i and i highly recommend it !!!

Voice dial works fine to me too and, compared with previous headset I had (HBH-65), works better. Voice command works fine too now, see below....

Simplest thing to do was the right one!! I have deleted device entry from the phone, resetted and re-paired the headset and now everythings works!!!!
