> 64k SIM Cards? will they work on older phones?

I have heard that there are new 64k SIM cards out there, particularly for Cingular/ATT, in order to access both networks. Does anyone know if some of the other GSM providers are going to these new SIM cards for new accounts? And will a new activated account with the 64k card work with older phones, like 32k SIM cards have in the past?
