what kind of things interfere with the connection? will it loose connection if its ........in my pocket, around the corner,around other electrical equpiment and bad weather?? i dont know much about the connection, so can somebody help explain it a lil better and answer my question??

Anything can interfere with the signal, but with newer phones theres less to worry about. Your hand will slightly weaken the signal, but nowhere near as much as a solid concrete wall or barrier.
The most reliable Bluetooth signal would be a direct line of sight. Any "street furniture" between you and the other Bluetooth phone will also slightly obscure the connection.
Just like any other radio signal, Bluetooth can be affected by poor conditions such as poor weather (not very likely in a 10m radius), around lots of other Bluetooth equipment / around wi-fi equipment.
People think that a Bluetooth signal is a perfect sphere that extends from your phone in all directions. Really, the signal is more of an ellipse, in some directions the signal is stronger, in some its weaker. Every Bluetooth phone has its own unique sweet spot.

so what would be the best headset i should get for my k700??? i dont want to be cheap but i dont want 2 spend alot either. any advice??id also like to stick with the SE brand too

Well, the HBH-60 would probably be the best bet.
Im not a big fan of SE headsets though, my favourite is the Motorola HS-810, or the new HS-850 (v1.2). They're more comfortable than the SE headsets IMO and cling to your ear better. The earpiece volume and sound quality is better too (IMO).

It can still penetrate walls etc e.g. I can easily connect between two devices in my house when one is upstairs and the other downstairs.
He didn't mean solid objects stop it completely but they do weaken the signal
