> Synch to memory? on 802SE

This is a simple question but when I synch my outlook to my 802, I get a memory full on the desktop. I was wondering if there was a way that I could synch the info straight to my memory card? I dont know why the phone memory gets so full but its happening. Are there strings on tips for the 802? I keep reading about flashing it to a z800 but I am reading how folks are having problems with synching after doing so. Any truth to that?
