something went wrong, phone wont turn on. any suggestions. I was using a DSS25, this seems to be a problem. should i go buy a DSC 11 and and try again?

No,don't buy DCS 11,it won't work!The update service works only with DSS 20 or 25!Try the recovery mode on sony ericsson update service!

SE update service wont work with my phone bacause my service provider has blocked everything, thats why i tried to do it myself. now that the phone is dead i tried the recovery service from SEUS but they will only repair my phone if I have used thier service before. I never could so they wont fix it...

You're looking at the standalone client. You want the COM port client, which is free to download, but you need credits to use it (e.g. 1 to flash, 1 to unlock, etc). However, I don't think you can get credits anymore, but by all means try contacting a few of the resellers (theres a page on the site) and see if you can get hold of a couple. SE Tool is by far the best.
