After tagtag, now hutch blocked mcommunity.biz. We are getting 'No Server Access'. Can anybody help?

i tried the proxy ip, ain't working. anything else? i called the customer care, they are giving me weird reasons like, mcommunity.biz is upgrading its servers, so its not accessible and tried to convince me that they don't have anything to do with the problem . They expect me to believe this.
