I downloaded the CNN Mobile news Java app recently but never got it to work. It would not connect to the server (the app loaded ok).

Anyone got this to work? Any tips?

I use it on a K700. It works fine. You do have WAP or GPRS connections set up?

Yeah I do. I connect via O2 GPRS.

One thing I noticed was that my email on my handset only works when I select to connect by 'O2 Mobileweb' whatever that is. Maybe I'll try that.

So did yours not need any configuration, it just worked straight away?

All ok now

. It must have been the old firmware version stopping it working. Just downloaded and ran it first time using O2 GPRS.
