> dodgy charges

One of the sprung pins on the mobile phone connector end on my SE charger has lost its spring and become permanently stuck in.
This as you can imagine has caused dodgy connections whilst charging.
I have tried to get it to stick out with the use of a pin, to no avail.
The connector appears to be one solid unit I can't take apart.
I'm reluctant to throw it away.
Any suggestions?

I've a similar problem. Mine's not exactly broken, but the connector is some what loose. Anyone else with the same problem?
Can we say it's a design fault?

Mine does a peculiar thing...
The charger is loose and when i connect is it connects and reconnects to fast that the phone switches between charging and not charging mode aat such a rate that the phone hangs and i've to pull ut the battery to restart it. Plus the "beep beep" sound continues which irritates like hell...

It must be a prob at the place where it goes into the mains, change the plug and it may work. Else get a new charger, not that costly!

It's not that way govi(or is it govind, hey i'm an indian too), anyway yes the fact is that i already have two chargers(one i got with the HBH-600), both give the same problem.
Plus i charge my phone at infinite places so the mains problem stuff isn't the real solution bud..

use a tiny amount of WD40 or similar teflon based lubricant. dont use oil or water based ones though. it worked when i tried it.
