Hi !
Can someone advise what pinout has a carkit like HCA-20 to the phone !?
Or can ask the other way... What should be put to the phone connector, that the phone will detect it as a car kit handsfree !?

Thanks in advance

the car kit needs to be powered for the phone to recognise it as a car kit. you need to connect the red and black leads to a 12v supply.

May be I explained in a wrong way.
I need to make the phone detect that it is put in the car kit without having a car kit itself. I just have an HCH-30 carholder, and want the phone to activate auto profile when installed there. With no real carkit installed.

It cant be done without have a car kit like the HCA20 connected to the holder. Have a look at this thread from a couple of weeks ago:

Thnx
I just got yesterday same info from other forum. The point is that wired carkit connects to the phone and sends a special AT command to explain the phone that the car kit is connected. Same with all the other "smart" accessories like sms board or intelligent charger. All are sending AT commands. Only portable handsfree is being detectet on a pinout cirquits.

Unfortunately its not as simple as old Nokias's where you could short 2 pins on the bottom of the connector to fool it into thinking its in a car kit.
