Does any one know how to adjust the "hear-volume" when the "side-button" is broken?

Hi mate, the same thing happened with me.....what software do u have? T68 with upgraded T68i software? If so, do a master reset and it will turn up the volume slightly. It happened to me and its a pain, i was quoted £69 to get it fixed bu S.E. I just cant wait to get a new phone now (p800) as its so annoying not having a high call volume.

This is as simple as abc.
when you are connected to a call, just take a few seonds to press the arrows keys to turn up or down the volume.
Th volume set will be the fixed volume for the other calls

Is it really so expensive repair? My phone fell down to the pavement from car roof and I have 2 scratches on light grey side and broken volume adnustment button. So I want to change the phone cover together with volume buton. BTW, do you know, if grey Sony Ericsson cover is available now in :SE service points as spare part?

this works only if you have pushed the slider in any direction at least once during the call.
