Do I need an expensive Blackberry server in order to use this or are there any third party services?

For us regular users, the possibiliby the of the P910 to schedule an e-email check every 15 minutes is enough.
Just my 2 cents...

I've asked customer care for Vodafone in the Uk for a comment but not yet had a reply.

Blackberry is more than just push-mail targeting more corporate users. It does push-mail, remote contact lookup, push-calendar, allow access to company's intranet.
So casual users, it is overkilled.

Is that true in all cases? What are the requirements that would allow one to use the P910 browser to connect to the intranet? I assumed all companies would require tokens (software or hard) to tap to their intranet.
