1- I understand that the D750i (the copy of K750i but offered in the Lustrous Blue : ugly! imho) is sold exclusively through TMobile and TMobile partner network operators. But will the K750i be sold in the US markets??
2- If so, will the carrier be Cingular or TMobile? or both?

T-mobile in US will not be carrying the K750i. However, you can buy it from a vendor and then go to T-mobile in the US and have them activate it and use a t-mob SIM.

T-Mobile will probably carry their branded version of the W800, which is called the D750.

many many US carriers will be advertising the W800 soon! but i dont think a real version of the k750 will be coming :-\
the w800 might end up getting called the w807 or w805 on cingular or at&t. i know this wasnt ur question, but its the same idea.

that's what i'm planning on doing, the only downside is that it's most likely going to be very, very expensive. i really like everything about the phone but i may have to wait several months after it's available to get it if it ends up costing upwards of $400-$450. i've been using my old samsung R225 for about 6 months now and have been waiting for a good phone to invest in.

Is there any hard info on a k750/d750/d757/whatever the model # that operates on the 850MHz frequency? I may be moving back to the states, and want a k750-like phone, but don't want to sacrifice coverage/reception to use it.

Thanks in advance!

@Grimslade
you can probably use it on T-Mobile. i use an unbranded T630 with 900/1800/1900, so the 1900mhz works on T-Mo just fine.

i'm planning on getting a K750 next, so hopefully it will work here too!
