Hi, I'm new in here.
Could someone tell me on how to upgrade the firmware?
Mine is R2AA003, which firmware should I get in order to get the "mute sound" on the camera shutter?
I'd appreciate any help!

Hi there! You can upgrade the firmware by taking your phone to a service centre. Its free under warranty. Or... You can do it online using a sync-station. There are countless threads here on this topic. Just look around a bit! :-D

You can mute on r2aa as well as i recall. You tried putting phone on silent? Nonetheless r2aa is a troublesome firmware version...best to move to something better like r2ae asap. Head over to a se centre and they'll do it for you.
Edit: seeing that you dont have se centres around, you'll need a sync-station and internet connection to use online update. Having an unbranded phone helps too
