I just purchased a new MMC card from Komplett (64MB) only to find that my Ericsson card reader/writer will not detect it when I insert it into the device. I have another non Ericsson MMC card (32MB) that somebody gave to me and that works fine. Is there a make of card that I should be buying or is it going to be hit and hope for the MMC reader?

On another note I never saw an answer to this, but does the MP3 player read MMC cards above 64MB?

64mb cards work but as far as i know you need to use another reader/writer and to format it in Linux as mode7 what this all means i hve no idea as i dont have linux but hope it helps you

I sent back 3x 64Mb MMC cards because they either weren't detected by the reader or Windows crashed when I tried to transfer files to the card. Went to SonyEricsson website, downloaded the latest driver for the reader and I'm getting no problems at all now.

Driver is at:
