Upgraded my P910i to the latest firmware yesterday and now can't make or receive calls with my Bluetooth headset. Tried two headsets. Tried removing it from the devices and then re-pairing. Still won't work. Anyone else have a problem? How can I restore the previous firmware to see if that works?

If you flash your P900 to P910 firmware than yes there is bluetooth issues.
From your post I take it that you have a 910 and just updated the to the latest firmware avaiable for 910. If that's the case you might want to contact SE and see what they say as this is not normal.

Thanks, people. Just sussed it out. Even though I did a restore, all my voice recordings have disappeared so it wouldn't let me voice dial. I now have to rerecord them all.

Always a good idea to try dialing normally before assuming there is a problem.
