I am trying to download all of my girlfriends photos from her samsung x600 before she gets her new phone.

I ordered a data cable as there is no bluetooth and no option to send the photos via the infrared. The program that comes with the cable is Easystudio PIMS File Manager (an equivelant of FMA for SE's i would guess). I cannot get it to work. The driver installs ok and shows the cable in device manager OK, but i cannot get the program to run properly. I have reinstalled a couple of times but still get the same error message, even trying it on the other comuter in the houshold (both win XP).

While the program loads i get the following error message [b]"Unable to initialize DAO/Jet db engine"[*b]

Any help guys,
Or any good samsung forums where i could get some help?

Hello!
I've had the same problem was you and found the solution at this forum: http://www.mobiledia.com/forum/topic10247-0-asc-0.html
Try to find my post just to know my version of the facts. The solution should be in the right version of Easystudio software to be downloaded from sansungmobile, just like ~Don~ said! About the problem, if you search thw web you'll find other sites/forums where the exact reason is.
