Hi, just want to ask which is the best mp3 to ogg program for PC? And I have heard that ogg files are smaller than mp3 files, but the quality is near as good. What setting is good? 64kb?

I dont think you'll notice much difference between 96 kbps and 64. Also og files might be smaller but use more processing power.

I found out that ogg is only 30% of an mp3 which is 3 times the same amount of music on urcard.Also FreeRip is better at converting ogg than others.Try a comparing test and u'll see.
