hello i own a k700i and i want some help
when we insert a video clip to the phone. Can we forward it? i know we can do it in Mp3
and what is unlocking of the phone mean i am reading abt it and cant figure out exactly.

Yes u can send videos just like any othe file by MMS, IR, Bluetooth or E-Mail.
By unlocking do u mean with regard to which Network it can use?
A locked phone can only use SIMs for the Network it is locked to while an unlocked phone is able to use any SIM card/any Network

No fast forward, which is really annoying if you have to stop a long video, you have to go back to the beginning.

Bummer!!! Sad to say, can't really forward the vid. So you have to start from the beggining again once you stopped.
