There are plenty out there. UnrealPlayer, Oggplay, PowerMP3, UltraMP3... the list goes on. Most people here seem to go with UnrealPlayer though. Thats what I use because I think it puts out the best sound out of all of them.

check out handango.com or my-symbian.com and you will find all the programs you need.

I also use Unrealplayer as it is basically the best out of the rest at the moment you can download the trial version from HERE

The cons of the rest

OggPlay (Only plays oggs)

UltraMp3 (Only plays mp3s)

PowerMp3 A serious contender to UnrealPlayer it has a similar user interface with an added bonus of graphic equalizer (Only for mp3 at the moment) and scrolling album and song name but it apparently has some major bugs at the moment which the developer is working to fix (so may be worth a look in the not to distant future)

If i were you just go for the Oggplay app. Its free, then you can use this for your ogg files, and use your installed player for your MP3`s.
Although i only use MP3`s for ringtones as full legnth tracks tend to take up too much of my precious memory!!

After installing Ogg Player, Unreal Player and some other Applications I noticed that the installed player has stopped working. Has anyone noticed this? Is there a fix or something I need to do? Please advice.
