Sorry I'm new at this. I saw a post that said if I use my phone in a different country with a new sim it does not matter if my phone is sim locked? I have a Nokia 3310 from Kuwait and SIM in it now is from Wataniya. I do not know if it is sim locked and cannot try another sim to test it. What do you think about being able to take it to Europe with me? I think it should work from what I've read?

Also since I will be in UK, France, Germany, Italy and Austria can anyone recommend a SIM company? I've seen one called Riing does anyone have experience with them?

thanks!

The only way to find out on a nokia is to test it, but unlcoking solutions can be found for free @ www.nokiafree.org - ut i would only do that if it is simlocked....

As for a company in the uk, get yourself on virgin mobile,. they are pretty darn cheap and the SIMs are only £10 with £5 free credit!
