> trying to send picture message

when sending a picture message, the whole screen flashes white and sending fails, iwent to SE site and downloaded settings fro mms, email and wap and installed all of them, also when i recieve an mms it doesn't show on my phone, it just gives a message to where it can be found, then when i try to go there it says page cannot be displayed.
Anyone got any insight??
firmware is R2A041

It sounds like your wap settings have not been installed properly and the network has detected this and directed you to the website address to view the message. Try reinstalling the settings and rebooting.

hmm maybe your setting is inaccurate?
try delete all the profiles in your phone then request agian from
www.sonyericsson.com/support

What phone is it? sorry didn't get the firmware hint
some mms will only come through as a notification mms (bit like a push message that you can get when you order a ringtone and have to phone up to get a code and they then send you a wap push message).
you then have to download it from your providers server. this is very useful for your provider as you then clock up data charges for downloading the mms, it's not quite as simple as sms which goes straight to the other fone via a server w/o having to retrieve it.

Phone is a SE k700i, settings should work, but still to no avail, was thinking maybe it ws a firmware problem, the flashing white screen when trying to send pics....
