So I have done a deal with someone on the board for a phone, the handset is fine but the manual and software were not included. Despite plenty of requests this person has not delivered them.
So is he trusted or not?

Yes, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered saying anything.
The person posted the phone and I have a PM saying they couldn't find the manual and software but it would be posted later.
The problem is, that I see it, is a manual and software cd actually increases the value of the phone by up to as much as £10.
