I'd like to upgrade my T68, which I have bought about two months ago. Is there a way for me to find out which SW version is installed on it?
Also: is the SW upgrade in the Ericsson shops free or do they charge for it? (FYI: I live in Switzerland)

Its free to upgrade the phone the first year.

One year from either production date (see back of your phone, under the battery) or if you show a receipt.
After guarantee period there is a fee if you want to make an upgrade to your phone.
