yes you can downlad soldier ants from
http://my-symbian.com/uiq/download/index.phpsearch by category for what ever you want
and you must have a jzip program which unzip the zip files or send the file to ur pc and unzip it and send the sis file to ur mobile again

You can download it direct to your phone from Handango or my-symbian. At least you should be able to, I always upload versions which can be installed from your phone with no additional software.
If it would help I can host the .sis files on my website alongside the .zip versions.
