> gprs and mms problem samsung d500 ph

Hi guys! i was wondering if you could help. You see, i just bought a samsung d500 and visited smart office 3times already for my gprs and mms settings to be configured yet i still could not send nor receive mms nor connect to gprs. everytime i try to connect to gprs its says error: connection to server lost and if i try to send an mms its say cannot connect to server. I've already called their hotlines several times already and yet no helpful info was given to me, they just said they would just call back in 24 hours....its been like days already no thing, nada!
pls guys, if you can help i would truly appreciate it. thank you very much.

Same problem here. Last time I checked di pa supported ng Globe and Smart Networks yung D500 model ng Samsung.

previous model of samsung uses wap in port settings 9201, D500 uses http, the solution change the port setting of the GPRS to 8080. And retain the manual setup of Smart Communication done on your unit.
