Windows and Mac wireless connections are the same. It's all based on 802.11g and Airport is just Apple's name for that.
I've never done it, but as long as you have a wireless "base-station"/router and your Mac & PC both have 802.11 cards in, then they can both log-on and use the internet through the same wireless router.

i use a netger dg834g modem/router and a netgear wg111 usb adapter and i can use internet on both and can take my powerbook all round the house its great
no problems whatsoever
